Leslie serves as the Regional Director of Sales for ServiceMaster DSI. In her role she is responsible for managing the sales teams in Kansas, Missouri and Colorado. Leslie brings a high level of expertise for customer service and account management and developing a relationship that provides customers with the best possible solution. One experience Leslie is especially proud to have been able to help was when her hometown was devastated by an EF3 tornado. Within 24 hours, Leslie was on site to help those in her beloved community.
Kim received a scholarship to Baker University and graduated in 1983. After graduating, He entered the insurance industry and was put on the management trainee fast-track. Over the next several years he was a Property Claim Manager, a Territorial Property Manager overseeing a 13 state region, and advanced to the position of National Catastrophe Manager responsible for managing all catastrophe locations and losses across the United States. Since joining ServiceMaster Recovery Management in Kansas City, as an owner in 1994, Kim has been instrumental in building the company into one of the largest disaster restoration organizations in the country. His background in large loss commercial insurance has provided the expertise necessary to lead ServiceMaster Recovery Management to the forefront of other national disaster restoration organizations. Mr. Brooks’ foresight, ongoing commercial marketing initiatives and solid relationships with national and international insurance carriers are vital in providing ServiceMaster Recovery Management the privilege of assisting a wide variety of prestigious companies across the country.
